SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
An Assistant Talent Payment Representative is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to provide support to the Accounting Department in all client account and internal matters.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process incoming mail, scan documents and prepare materials for Talent Payment Representative (''TPR'').
• Provide front desk support.
• Review bookings in accounting system, review corresponding contracts and set up payment schedules for TPR.
• Maintain correct commission participants associated with client for each booking
• Prepare and send invoices.
• Reconcile bookings at end of project to confirm all payments have been received
• Liaise with agents and assistants to ensure timely and accurate collection of funds
• Maintain organized files of accounting reports and documentation
• Ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with colleagues at every level
• Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and confidentiality
• Accomplished ability to multi-task and follow through on assignments
• Impeccable attention to detail, excellent organizational, planning, prioritizing and time management skills
