We're seeking an intelligent, motivated, and dedicated PR Manager interested in entertainment and marketing, but even more interested in how these two industries overlap. We're one of the top online entertainment-marketing firms in the business, working with some of the most well known studios in the film and television industries.
Job Responsibilities include:
-Work internally with team to develop and execute publicity campaigns for their entertainment projects
-Pitching clients for editorial coverage, promotions and interviews.
-Working directly with clients and juggling multiple accounts.
-Updating portals with the necessary information (e.g. trailers, one sheets, synopsis, release dates and other critical content)
-Manage relationships with key online press
-Work with clients to secure and distribute exclusive content and assets
-Drafting press materials such as email blasts, press releases, etc.
-Organize promotional contests and giveaways
-Compose publicity campaign strategies for clients
-Compile and maintain weekly status updates and end of project reports
-Create targeted media lists
Job Requirements:
-A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the entertainment industry
-Strong relationships with entertainment press
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Available for nights/weekends as needed
