Art Director
The Art Director will lead, manage and support the creative process of all graphic design solutions for internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient visual execution of creative concepts according to strategy or by creative director assignment
Oversee a team of creative staff with responsibility for individual and team performance. Team functions include but are not limited to: brand design, web and mobile application design, communication design and photography.
Requirements:
A strong portfolio (please include a link to your online portfolio when applying)
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or similar concentration preferred
Master's degree in related field preferred
3-8 years of experience required
Digital/Interactive experience required
Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, team environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to work with a large variety of clients
Ability to take feedback
Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Extraordinary attention to detail
Proficient in Mac-based Adobe CS5/5.5, specifically: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX
