Title: Human Resources Operations Analyst
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Department: Human Resources
Status: Full Time; Exempt
Position Summary:
This role will partner with internal functional teams (i.e., Finance/Accounting, Payroll, IT) to support a variety of HR systems, databases, and activities that contribute to the continued evolution of the organization's workforce. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has a passion and proven track record for solving issues in an efficient and effective manner. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve team goals are a must.
Position Responsibilities:
Workday & HR Systems
• Design processes and configuration relating to ongoing user/HR Workday requirements that support employee and manager self-service across the organization. Develop and implement change management tools and roll-out strategy.
• Ensure optimization of Workday HCM platform through by evaluating additional modules from design phase through go live. Ensure cross-departmental collaboration with Finance/Accounting, Payroll and IT.
• Proactively support the ongoing integrity of the Workday system by data auditing across HR systems; leverage EIB uploads and integrations across systems
• Support the ongoing updates of the Workday, completely owning testing processes and then identifying and communication improvement opportunities, flagging risks and working with HR leadership to resolve issues
• Support the communication of any Workday releases and enhancements to the HR team and where applicable, to wider workforce ensuring full understanding of any requirements and changes
HR Operations & Data Analytics
• Partner with HR Managers to create standardized approach to managing the applicant tracking system across the organization. Develop updated recruiting flow and processes through Spark Hire, Greenhouse ATS and Workday.
• Provide HR data, reporting and analytics to enable effective management of people-related data
• Design and deliver data-driven reports to the Senior leaders
• Responsible for supporting and leading a number of our compliance efforts, training, and programs. Work closely with teams to move this work forward in a meaningful and scalable way
• Launch engagement surveys and analyze findings through Workday and data visualization tools. Create, maintain and present employee data dashboards and information
• Recommend process and work flow to improve efficiency and/or customer service. Recommend changes to allow for improved data accuracy, as well as, propose metrics to evaluate department and business changes
Qualifications:
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience with excellent knowledge of HR operations and processes
• Solid experience with Workday, Excel and MS Office. Experience with Tableau or data visualization tools a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a proven ability to handle confidential matters and information. Must adhere to the highest ethical standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
• Ability to perform at the highest level in a deadline driven environment, utilizing extensive problem solving and decision-making skills and unwavering attention to detail
• Highly organized and a team player
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
