Job Title: Lead Field Operations Specialist
Position Location: Main Majestic Hubs (Regional Travel)

Compensation: $25-28 per hour / Salary
[Position Overview]
The Field Technician plays a crucial role in executing events and ensuring all Hub photobooths remain fully operational. They resolve all servicing needs promptly. This position requires regional travel to handle technical troubleshooting and routine maintenance like paper changes, working closely with our support team.
You lead by example, setting the tone to achieve all department goals and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, organized, and able to schedule their week efficiently. They must have excellent problem-solving abilities and strong customer service skills.
[Key Responsibilities]
• Reliability and Punctuality: Being dependable in responding to service calls and adhering to schedules.
• Executing and advancing events.
• Traveling for installations and events.
• Lead in the installation of new placement booths locally and within region.
• Dolly experience is a must - Must be able to maneuver and lift heavy objects up to 200lbs using a dolly for event load ins and outs.
• Support in managing Field Ops Specialist
- Support, lead, and train.
- Assist with schedules.
- Run quality checks on other field tech setups on site.
- Overseeing load ins and load outs.
• Assisting with client relationship
• Support special operations & planning.
• Take lead in servicing of Photobooths in your region.
- Administer changes of paper and ink.
- Conduct regular booth maintenance and cleanings.
• Engage in weekly meetings with your supervisor.
• Work with support team to create and maintain documentation and training materials, while providing feedback to improve technical support quality and efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining department SOPs and process documentation.
• Manage and prioritize the support ticket pipeline in Hubspot effectively.
• Maintaining shop cleanliness.
• Support inventory management.
[Qualifications]
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an on-call or field service role.
• Technical proficiency with computer hardware, operating systems, photographic equipment.
• Ability to lift 75lbs without assistance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Attention to detail in equipment servicing and maintenance.
• Experience with using various tools
[Additional Requirements]
• This position requires extensive regional travel-candidates must be comfortable driving long distances and spending multiple days on the road.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, as the job involves traveling to various locations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet servicing needs.
