INTERNATIONAL SALES COORDINATOR - Reports to: Head of International Sales
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (other tasks may be assigned)
• Monitors and maintains all aspects of contract/deal servicing including:
§ Entering all new and pre-existing sales contracts into FILMTRACK database and ensuring that the database is kept up to date.
§ Ensure technical and promotional materials are delivered correctly and on time
§ Follow up with accounting to ensure invoices are sent and payments received on time
§ Follow up with clients to ensure royalty reports are received on time.
• Send preview DVDs or screening links to clients when requested
• Maintains a central contact/client file and prepares accurate distribution lists for promotional mailings;
• Supports Manager of International sales in coordinating market activities; when requested, travels to international markets.
• Manages the agenda of Head of International Sales and Market Development; monitors schedules and deadlines; makes appointments and arranges meetings and conference calls as needed;
• Responds to specific sales inquiries; conducts research (internal and external information sources) and provides documentation;
• Compile statistics and reports as requested for internal staff or external producers
• Researches and coordinates the rights and availability search required to prepare product offerings to US broadcast and international clients;
• Coordinates intern's projects and training.
• Supports Manager of International Sales with implementation of festival strategy including:
§ Submissions
§ Tracking acceptance/passes
§ Charging screening fees.
§ Delivery
§ Director/talent invites etc.
§ Managing Press/Buyer Interest
