As a member of our Recruitment Team, you will be joining a highly collaborate team of recruiters located in Celebration, Florida. Your role will be to source, attract and acquire world class talent from around the world for employment on board our beautiful cruise ships and islands. You will successfully contribute to the fleet and island expansion and overall organizational growth of a dynamic business.

Responsibilities:
• Develop search strategies by facilitating passive and active talent pipelining through creative sourcing strategies, interactive marketing plans and networking opportunities
• Develop direct sourcing strategies for both crew and officers
• Manage day-to-day recruitment needs based on labor forecasts and diversity strategies
• Project manage business growth and day to day recruitment needs as well as needs through the development and execution of full life cycle recruitment strategies while ensuring the candidate and client experiences are met with exceptional service delivery
• Lead international recruitment trips in country and virtually
• Expand the DCL recruitment brand through attendance at job fairs and career fairs
• Identify hiring needs and partner closely with operations, marketing and analytics to develop effective strategies that build diverse talent pipelines to meet business needs
• Build relationships with top talent at all levels in order to attract and excite candidates and ensure our ships are staffed with the best crew in the world
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to develop a strong understanding of the department, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on hiring needs
• Foster and build relationships with key partners within Operations, Talent Acquisition Marketing, Analytics, Labor/Scheduling and Human Resources
• Continuously develop business knowledge of the maritime industry; conduct ongoing research of competitive landscape and market insights/trends to remain current and relevant in your area of focus
• Develop and cultivate relationships with Procurement Allies (hiring agents) from around the world so that DCL is always top of mind when excellent candidates contact their offices
• Continuously develop business knowledge of the maritime industry and current market dynamics
Basic Qualifications:
• Deep functional/technical expertise in talent acquisition and/or minimum of 3-years of experience in food & beverage operations in a leadership capacity
• Ability to develop & articulate food & beverage recruitment strategies and engage and influence key leaders and partners
• Passion for food & beverage operations with a strong knowledge of roles both front and back of house
• Ability to assess experience and qualifications in candidates that will positively impact the guest experience
• Ability to work under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
• Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization and Procurement Allies across geographical markets
• Avid social media user with proficiency in using platforms for marketing, engaging, networking and sourcing
• Excellent project management, presentation and influencing skills
• Strong storyteller. Able to translate data, identify trends and relay insights
• A spirit of adventure! Willingness to pack your bags as international travel is required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Disney Cruise Line experience (shipboard or shore side)
• Expertise in the cruise industry
• Experience with Kenexa or an equivalent Applicant Tracking System
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
