We currently have an opening for an executive assistant in our MWM Studios division to assist two executives. Our ideal candidate is more interested in the business side of film and new media instead of traditional creative development.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle all administrative matters and executive support related tasks
• Heavy scheduling and calendar management utilizing Outlook for internal and external meetings, including updating contacts, and greeting guests
• Roll calls, coordinating ad-hoc and scheduled conference calls, and manage call lists
• Coordinate meetings, reservations, badges and travel for festivals and conferences
• Complete monthly credit card expense reports and manage back-up receipts
• Book travel and make other reservations and appointments as needed
SECONDARY DUTIES:
• Special projects for COO including but not limited to research, updating and other ad-hoc tasks
• Regular ongoing film comp research assignments, and other film related research
• Organize and confirm weekly calls and meetings, including preparing conference room, dialing into Skype, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:
• Bachelor's degree
• One to two years working as an executive assistant, preferably at an agency
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and plan ahead to meet deadlines, ask for direction or assistance/guidance from supervisors without hesitance
• Passion and interest in Entertainment Industry. Experience in film and/or TV is a plus
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team and consistently juggle multiple priorities and concurrent projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common PC applications
• Technical capabilities preferred
• Excellent planning organizing, and project management skills
