We're looking for an all-in, marketing whiz with experience in both traditional and digital channels. This position requires the ability to multi-task and handle things on the fly while maintaining day-to-tasks for the team and our artist. Experience in the music industry is preferred, but not required. We are an all hands on deck team who thrives when working excellently to execute the dreams of our client. This is a skilled position, which will expose you to the multifaceted world of artist management.
GET THINGS DONE
• Social media management (content creation, posting, comment moderation, live events)
• Digital asset development/design of banners/ads
• Web updates (manage headers, copy, show dates, meet and greet links, and more)
• Database management (assist with e-newsletter creation, oversee data card entry)
• Catalog videos/photos/files for current and future discoverability and use
• Online store promotion (oversee campaign development and execution)
• Share approved images, artwork, bios and quotes with partners/press as requested
• Work with partners to create any additional marketing assets
• Coordinate with label(s) to promote upcoming releases
• Execute campaigns promoting misc. artist-driven initiatives (Foundation, podcast, etc.)
• Assist with miscellaneous copywriting/editing needs
• Tour/Show asset approvals (including: artwork, liners, videos and/or captions)
• Assist with special event planning, as needed
GET IT TOGETHER
Successful candidates have a great attitude, thrive under pressure, solve problems, come prepared for meetings, have an eye for details, and communicate excellently. You'll need strong organizational skills to best manage multiple, timely deadlines. You are joining a team that encourages collaboration, but often requires a self-starter who can work independently. Photoshop/design experience is a must; skills in video/sound editing are preferred.
