mOcean is seeking a graphics producer to join our busy design and graphics team servicing our in-house Theatrical and TV l Streaming clients along with external clients on some of the best projects in the business, and we want to meet you.
Requirements:
Work with internal teams to develop, schedule, and track project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Proactively monitor the workload of mOcean's artists to ensure efficiency.
Overall responsibility to ensure that projects are delivered to the client (internal producers and external clients) on time, to specifications, and to ensure that all commitments agreed upon have been met.
Provide support during the assessments process, proposals and SOWs.
Anticipate resource conflicts and providing thoughtful solutions and options to Head of Graphics-an artist rolodex is a must!
Responsible for project management, so you must be able to communicate well with writers, editors, graphic artists, SFX and composers, creative directors and high profile clients.
Ensure high-level of accuracy and close attention to detail on all project implementation.
Partner with artists to create a viable creative product on budget and on schedule.
Work with Graphics Coordinator to keep an eye on all projects to ensure the artists have elements, understand the assignment, and that graphics/VFX are routed for approval.
Proofreading graphics in preparation of delivery-maintaining high standards of quality control.
Required qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience.
Understanding of graphics creation-design/2D & 3D, animation/tracking/compositing, Avid editing, Finishing (specific systems such as Avid, Resolve, Baselight), knowledge of broadcast & theatrical standards for video and audio levels, title safe, time code, & familiar with HD, UHD, 4K workflows.
Stellar follow-through and follow-up.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
Sound business judgment and integrity.
Flexible to meet ever-changing needs of clients; must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while displaying a high level of professionalism.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle and to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Detail oriented.
