Influencer Marketing and Management Company is looking for a sharp, ambitious assistant to join our team. Ideal candidates should possess excellent organization and communication skills, be detail-oriented, resourceful, have the ability to multi-task and shift priorities in response to varying demands.
Job Responsibilities:
All aspects of running the office
Schedule appointments, studio time
Create campaign sales decks
Create necessary documents, organize and maintain a digital filing system
Book travel
Multi-task, manage time efficiently and shift priorities quickly
Experience Requirements:
-Previous television/media/advertising or talent agency experience preferred
-Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience in creating decks
-Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the marketplace on both a local and national level
-Sufficient understanding of media/advertising buys to communicate the value of sponsorship vs. pure media as a marketing solution
-Strong interpersonal leadership abilities, with excellent oral and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve
-Strong understanding of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote or Photoshop
-Ability to multi-task and manage projects/tasks simultaneously
-Excellent customer service skills
-Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
-High energy and a personality that thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 per month
