About you:
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, proactive, thorough, articulate and relentless in their pursuit to solve problems and accomplish all tasks. This person should possess an unwavering attention to detail, an investigative reporting mind-set and never settle on ''no'' for an answer. Projecting an air of confidence and thick skin, this person will perform well under pressure and always know the answers or be able to find them without missing a beat on the request.
Candidate should be looking for an entry-level opportunity to grow and rise through the ranks. The right person will have ambitions of moving into a production role, ideally with the ultimate goal of producing content and supporting a diverse range of artists in service of creating great work.
Specific duties will include:
General Office Management
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Oversee the production and stocking of marketing items; swag, biz cards, notebooks etc.
• Care and detail on all basic stocked items in kitchen, bathrooms and common areas
• Scheduling office maintenance for all office projects (construction, furniture, repair, fire,
electric, etc.)
• Make sure any support PA's are top notch (crack the whip on every detail)
Client Services
• Make visiting clients feel welcome- offer coffee/water/snacks
• Organize client gifts for holidays, birthdays and visiting clients
• General office preparations when clients are in town
• Help with Christmas gift list at year's end (staff + clients)
Production Support
• Support day-to-day production needs
• Be aware of what's going on in Production
• Link up with Talent Manager- assist production team on staffing for jobs
• Arrange travel for production staff
• Input daily finance reporting/ processing invoices
• Manage petty cash
