Full Time Unpaid Internship
This internship will provide valuable experience planning and executing major fundraisers, events, and educational programming, developing and maintaining community partnerships, fulfilling community donation requests and coordinating player appearances and fan experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Manager, Community Relations in the planning, promotion and execution of all community relations programs and events
• Assist with processing donations and appearance requests
• Increase Excel and database skills by maintaining various databases and spreadsheets
• Maintain inventory for all memorabilia and promotional items
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Assist in the planning, promotion and execution of all community relations programs and events
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and/or Pages and Keynote
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong creative-thinking skills
• Passion to work in the sports industry and with non-profits
• Ability to successfully multi-task and maintain organization
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to work well with others
Special Requirements:
• Will need to have reliable transportation
• Some use of personal vehicle
• Includes some night and weekend hours for events
