The Usher is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by assisting guests to their seats, providing directions to the stadium's concessions, souvenir locations and other stadium features.
Job Functions:
• Greet guests attending all stadium events
• Assist guests in seat locations, resolving customer service concerns and provide general informatio
• Perform pre-game, in-game and post-game duties
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs
• Maintain a visible presence and monitor assigned sections
• Guide guests to exits or provide other assistance/instructions in case of an emergency
• Monitor alcoholic beverage activities, recognizing and reporting illegal and improper behavior and reporting it according to policy and procedures
• Work collaboratively with all staff and stadium partners
• Assist in with crowd management efforts
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• High school diploma, GED or the equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to be provide courteous, polite and respectful service to all guests
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with guests and fellow employees
• Ability to adhere to department standards pertaining to attendance, performance and conduct
• Ability to walk, climb stairs and stand for extended periods of time
• Able to work evenings, holidays and weekends as needed
• Bilingual skill is preferred
