Job Functions
• Provide administrative support, coordinating meetings, answering phones, assisting in scheduling travel, and producing correspondence
• Assist with Field entitlement touch points which include note taking and administrative support such as: building sales proposals, and participating in client meetings
• Assist with Partnerships pipeline with cold calling/emailing
• Participate in creating unique sales strategies, ideas and programs for Field Entitlement and Legacy Partner opportunities
• Assist with sales support research, tracking/follow ups for pitch meetings and proposals
• Enter data for sales and revenue reports, departmental financial reports, inventory tracking and more
• Serve as first point of contact with clients and executives in support of the Department Head
• Record, compile, transcribe and distribute department/internal meeting minutes
• Assist with Global Partnership hospitality including distribution of tickets, escorting of guests for batting practice, pregame activities, and stadium tours
• Maintain office supply inventories, including Workplace entries
• General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, data entry and mailing
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Audit and submit expense reports
• Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Sports Management or a related field
• Working knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and standard office equipment
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in fast paced environment with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy; think quickly and independently
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed
• Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of sponsor information with sensitivity and discretion
• Possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn Partnership Sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
