Full Time Job
The Account Executive, Membership Services is responsible for the retention, growth and relationships between businesses or consumers of the Los Angeles Dodgers; including season ticket membership and partial plan ticket holders.
Job Functions:
• Responsible for building relationships, servicing and growing over 600 accounts valued at $5M per year
• Responsible for a high renewal rates and hitting new sales goals
• Service season ticket members via phone calls, emails and visiting key influencers at games, events and offsite functions
• Game Day activities include, but are not limited to assisting season ticket holders with gameday experiences, visiting with members during games, assisting with all issues & assisting with season ticket member events
• Acquire new business while maximizing service, including referrals, via:
• Making an established number of business and consumer touch points per week (including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other avenues)
• Setting up face-to-face appointments with clients at Dodger Stadium and other off-site locations
• Executing season ticket member related events
• Answer incoming inquiries
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals and hustle metrics
• Accurately track and update all relevant client information, touchpoints, notes, etc. via Salesforce
• Network at outside events including business after-hours, clinics, talks, etc.
• Attend club sponsored charity events within the local community
• Assist with event planning and coordination of sales/services related events
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Sports Management preferred
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in the sales industry knowledge of and a passion for professional baseball preferred
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Must be proactive and able to think quickly and independently
• Must have the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated hard work, optimism, accountability, professionalism, and integrity
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, coached while focused on improving personal craft.
• Ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, management and clientele
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
