The LA Clippers are now accepting applications for our 2018-19 Game Night Staff. Game night staff play an instrumental role in creating an experience for our fans before, during, and after each Clippers home game at STAPLES Center in downtown Los Angeles. See below for descriptions of which departments are hiring and what the key responsibilities are. You will be asked to rank your preference of department in the application survey. If selected to move forward in the process, you will learn more about each department and its function during Interview Days.
C O M M U N I T Y R E L A T I O N S
Community Relations impacts hundreds of thousands of youth in the greater LA area each year. Staff serve an important role in the implementation of community programs and fundraising activities both during games and at community events throughout the season.
C O R P O R A T E P A R T N E R S H I P S
The Partnership Marketing team manages the relationship between the LA Clippers and our current Corporate Partners. Game Night Staff will provide support in on-court contests, facilitate in-game and off-site activations, and assists with premium hospitality experiences throughout the season.

Setup and breakdown of IT equipment in STAPLES Center. Assisting other departments with their game day technology needs. Troubleshooting technology issues during game day.
G A M E E N T E R T A I N M E N T
Game Entertainment manages all of the LA Clippers' entertainment teams – Spirit, Hoop Troop, Kid Clippers – by coordinating the logistics of all rehearsals, performances, and appearances. Staff will assist in executing each teams' in-game schedule, as well as facilitating all teams' activities and fan interactions.
G A M E P R E S E N T A T I O N
Support the implementation of on-court and in-crowd promotions, assisting in fulfilling sponsorship commitments, and the execution of special events taking place on game day while displaying an energetic, enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing attitude.
G R O U P E V E N T S
Group Events manages exclusive experiences and special events for large groups during the season. Staff will be responsible for managing fan tunnels, court times, the upgrade table, lining up kids with players during National Anthem, half-time performances, etc.
M A R K E T I N G
Marketing promotes the club within the local market and across the globe for the development of long-term revenue growth. Staff will assist with fan activations and events that bring fans closer to the team, supporting theme nights and giveaway items in-arena.
M V P S E R V I C E S
MVP Services is entrusted to consistently deliver memorable experiences and personalized attention to our MVP Members. Staff will represent enthusiasm,professionalism, and reliability, and will gain valuable experience in sales, service, retention, and event planning in the Clippers front office.
O R I E N T A T I O N & O N B O A R D I N G
Orientation for each department will take place in early September. The first pre-season home game is scheduled for the first week of October.
O T H E R L O G I S T I C S
This role is a seasonal, part-time position and pays $13.25/hour. We provide staff parking for each game in the lot adjacent to STAPLES Center. Expected hours of work per week vary by department.
