Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for the administration and management of the accounts payable program. This position is responsible for processing all payments to vendors for the LA Clippers LLC organization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Process invoices including verifying approval, coding and accuracy.
• Code all corporate credit cards.
• Collect W-9 for new vendors and create and maintain vendor files.
• Research and resolve A/P issues with vendors and customers.
• Plan and process regular check runs.
• Process employee expense reports.
• Prepare manual checks as needed.
• Prepare schedules and journal entries for accounting close as needed.
• Provide weekly status reports and invoice counts.
• Assist in tax reporting requirements including W-9s, 1099 and Sales & Use tax returns.
• Assist with day to day information requests and other duties and projects as assigned.
Characteristics
/ Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Previous experience with Concur software strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills, analytical skills, time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
• Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a high growth, dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
