The ideal candidate will have...
- Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly Organized.
- Creative problem solving attitude.
- The agency to take the lead, and to follow through with tasks.
- A team mentality.
- Experience preparing and managing Live Action productions, crews, vendors, COVID protocols, and union knowledge.
- Have live action set experience as a PC/PM/producer.
- The understanding and experience of working cross functionally, between multiple departments internally and externally.
- Understanding of today's social media landscape.
- High level understanding of google suite, excel, and hot budget.
- Agency experience is a bonus.
- Experience with the pitch process is a bonus.
- Experience with post procedures and VFX is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the EP and Sr.Producer.
- Work cross functionally with Post leads.
- Assist in bidding live action projects. Including, research, outreach, estimates, and resourcing.
- Establish, manage, and communicate overall timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs related to the pitch process.
- Advise creative team during concept stages of the pitch process on production costs, and creative solutions to execute the highest quality of work.
- Maintain relationships with resources to meet staffing needs.
- Liaison between freelance production teams, and the studio.
- Mentor internal team members and freelancers on an individual basis, providing guidance, and performance feedback when needed.
- Supervise, and resource external freelance production teams.
- Implement processes and procedures to external production teams.
