The Role
We are a small team, so we focus on delivering unparalleled experiences to our big name clients. Looped has been a remote-first company since 2018, with employees primarily in NYC, Los Angeles and the SF Bay area.
We obsess over moving quickly, while not missing the details. We're currently at the top of the market in virtual events, and we don't intend to lose our footing as the best of the best. We are fiercely competitive, agile perfectionists, and trustworthy collaborators. And our customers are celebrities, so expect to speak with them often.
As a technology company in entertainment, our proprietary technology wins us our clients, but the experience our accounts team provides is what keeps them coming back time and time again. We are looking for team members who feel comfortable advancing our events, executing flawlessly, and then acting as a thought partner with our clients to get the next event on the books.
As an account manager at Looped, you will own the end-to-end client experience for clients including Pandora, iHeartMedia, Verizon, Live Nation, T-Mobile, CAA, ICM, UTA, WME, Amazon Studios, Netflix, Dick Clark Productions and more. You will lead the concepting to help our clients develop their next event, and work closely with them to then make sure each concept converts to a successful show and a return customer. Ultimately, your goal is to delight clients with seamless advancing, a trusted thought-partner and impeccable client service. Knowing how to talk to entertainment and celebrity clients, feeling comfortable advancing events, and having a strong attention to detail are must-haves for this role.
