Receptionist and Office Coordinator
The Receptionist will help maintain a comfortable and relaxing environment for incoming clients and employees, answer phone calls and keep main client area clean and ready for use, and run errands and order supplies when needed. The position supports the Sales team, DI Producer & Admin Manager and general management of the facility.
Position is temporary for 6 months with the strong possibility of becoming permanent. Hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, at $12.50 / hour.
Receptionist/ Office Coordinator Job Duties Include:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
Creates comfortable atmosphere for clients to relax in lounge area as well as kitchen area. Provides prepared snacks, drinks, and coffee for clients and staff.
Performs routine electronic scanning, indexing, copying and filing; along with editing, proofreading, copying and formatting documents;

Requirements:
3+ years experience in customer service related positions with a mindset of working in the film industry
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface with clients regularly and maintain excellent working relationships.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
VERY organized with email, client details, sales information
Strong communication skills and ability to work out a problem
Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn.
