THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a Venue Ancillary Manager. The Ancillary Manager is responsible for execution of all upselling operations for Live Oak Bank Pavilion & Greenfield Lake Amphitheater.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
The Ancillary Manager will be responsible for leading the team that generates all upsell revenue streams during the day of show.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate with the venue's core team about staffing, upsell availability and overall execution of upsell programs during the show.
• Communicate with the box office manager during the day of show to trouble shoot any opportunities that arise with guests, upselling availability or equipment.
• Build and maintain all upselling events at both venues and Greenfield Lake merchandise in AtVenue.
• Provide suggestions to venue leadership based on feedback from team and guests during the day of show. Suggestions may include topics such as pricing strategies, best practices and team execution for both presales and day of show.
• Provide feedback around finding new, creative revenue streams for the venue based on day of show experiences and trends.
• Secure and reconcile day of show ancillary sales and ready credit sales.
• Compile various reports to provide upsell information to venue leadership.
• Participate in meetings regarding day of show & ancillary operations.

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, outdoors, in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
• 2-3 years of management experience preferred
