The Role:
We're looking for a Recruiter with experience supporting a variety of roles: finance/accounting, sales, operations, marketing, legal, etc. The ideal candidate will pivot between all levels from Director to Non-Exempt. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring the best and brightest talent for Live Nation's US Concerts division. You understand how to effectively source quality candidates, where to find the best talent, and how to attract, engage and hire passive candidates. You're passionate about bringing in the highest level of talent and managing an efficient recruitment process along the way. Most importantly, you want to be a part of an innovative team and company and play a crucial role in driving growth and success.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for full life cycle recruitment: reviewing applicants in our ATS (Workday), hiring manager communication, candidate screening, relationship management, issue resolution, maintaining process/procedural expectations, negotiating offers, etc.
· Effectively communicate complex offer packages, benefits details, etc.
· Provide and maintain reporting metrics
· Assist with other special projects as required
· Quickly grasp and understand market dynamics and organizations within the industry and/or function specialty
· Manage an efficient recruitment process
· Manage time well and prioritize multiple tasks appropriately
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree required
· 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience for a broad range of roles. Live entertainment or venue recruiting experience is a plus.
· Experience partnering with senior leadership, management teams and hiring managers on hiring initiatives
· Highly proficient in Microsoft office. Knowledge of Workday or another applicant tracking system required
· Experience using social media tools for sourcing and branding efforts
· Media/Entertainment or multi-unit restaurant, retail or hospitality industry experience is a plus
· Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
· You're confident in your recruiting skills, are creative in recruiting strategy and have a solid track record of recruiting success
· You're curious, insightful, and perceptive
· Passionate about bringing in the highest level of talent
· Possess a roll-up-your-sleeves manner and attitude, with the ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask in a high-volume recruiting environment
· Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
· You're a collaborative team player
