The Maverick Digital team is looking to fill the role of Marketing Analyst. Maverick Digital supports the strategy for the management company's extensive artist roster as well as the digital agency's brand and philanthropic clients. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and digital and will have a collaborative, creative and entrepreneurial spirit. The person in this role is expected to deliver weekly analysis and reports to our clients, participate in regular ideation sessions and stay up to date on all new trends and product updates in the digital space in order to craft innovative campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and execute social media content calendars for artist and brand clients
• Craft creative copy and update client social profiles where needed
• Manage client web properties by updating news items, tour dates and other information
• Create compelling pitch or analysis decks and presentations for clients
• Brainstorm creative campaign concepts and strategy ranging from high-level to day-to-day for potential and existing clients
• Update employees and artist teams with information about new partner updates and opportunities and make introductions when necessary
• Develop and update regular reporting and analytics related to following, engagement, streaming, UGC and fan trends
• Lead and participate in weekly update/strategy calls with clients and partners

Qualifications:
• 2-5 years experience in a marketing or digital role at an agency, social media/music company or startup
• Expert, native user of all social media and streaming platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music
• Able to read and react to trends in the social media, online and branding space
• Strong copy writing skills and ability to mimic an artist or client's voice
• Intermediate content editing skills required (image, video - Photoshop, InDesign, FinalCut or similar)
• Intermediate Keynote and Google Sheets skills
• Basic HTML knowledge preferred
• Quick learner who is able and excited to jump into and master new platforms, apps and services
• Able to read analytics and deliver insights as well as develop plans and content in reaction to what the data observed is telling us
• Strong presentation skills (both written and spoken), creativity and adaptability
• Interest & excitement in a broad array of genres of music and technology
• Collaborative worker who can juggle multiple tasks/deadlines and work well on assignments solo and within a group
