Search for Manager, Digital Planning & Strategy jobs in Hollywood-CA
Responsibilities:
Pre-sale
• Respond to RFP Requests from National, Digital, and Local Sales
• Participate in initial kick-off call and strategize with Seller and Marketing
• Create cohesive and comprehensive media plan(s), looping in any necessary departments
• Provide Seller with any additional materials such as audience descriptions or specs
• Review all Insertion Orders before sending to Senior Management
Post-Sale (external)
• Collect all digital assets from agency/client
• Confirm launch, and send screenshots within 48 hours of launch
• Monitor campaign throughout flight and work with necessary teams to implement any optimizations needed to deliver in full
• Communicate any necessary optimizations to client
• Manage any plan revisions, IO revisions, and creative swaps
• Work with Campaign Coordinator to set up reporting cadence
• Send Delivery Reports to client as frequently as determined
• Send Post Campaign recap to Seller and Finance within 72 hours of campaign ending
• Work with Campaign Coordinator to develop wrap deck with insights and future recommendations
• Attend client meetings with Sellers
• Work on ad-hoc projects with direction from Manager
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Relevant experience is required, experience in Sales is preferred.
• Advanced in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint (PC / Mac)
• Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance and filing procedures.
• Superior communications skills (written/verbal)
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Able to multi-task and shift gears with ease
