Assistant working alongside Executive Management at Little Empire Music. Applicant must have at least 2 years experience in the music business and show a strong desire to work in the field
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing and distributing artist tour and promotional schedules.
Maintain master tour date list and artist calendar.
Assist in advancing artist shows with promoters.
Delivering assets to labels, PR teams, lawyers, business managers, and agents as needed.
Assisting in creating marketing plans and ensuring they are executed
Responsible for merch inventory for touring artists
Book executive and artist travel. Create itineraries
Schedule appointments, conference calls and meetings
Responsible for creating missions, shipping materials, gathering prizes, collecting reports, and communicating successes with the team
Working with creative teams & managers to develop assets for artists (press photos, promotion videos, artwork)
Assisting managers and clients with any required administrative duties.
Developing, strategizing, proof-reading and managing content for clients' online properties.
Following emerging technologies, promotional outlets, media partners and music trends - bringing opportunities to the table is key
Serve as first point of contact for the Executive
Maintain appointment schedule; planning, updates, and notifications as necessary
Process expense reports and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policy
