The Senior Paid Media Manager will be responsible for delivering successful YouTube audience growth campaigns for our brand clients. They will use their knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube advertising to manage the lifecycle of their clients' paid media campaigns on YouTube with a focus on increasing key audience growth metrics. The Senior Paid Media Manager will work with the rest of the Paid Media team to develop strategies that will grow our US-based client roster.
Responsibilities
- Fuel growth for our clients' presence on YouTube through paid audience acquisition campaigns on the platform
- Effectively launch and optimize paid media campaigns that deliver against a variety of audience growth objectives and KPIs
- Handle all aspects of Google Ads campaign management from set-up to reporting
- Deliver analysis, measurement and data-based recommendations for media campaigns you oversee
- Work closely with Media Planning team to scope and strategize campaigns and projects
- Support Partnerships team on client communication and presentations
Key Qualifications
- 3-4 years experience at a social media / paid social agency, digital publisher, YouTube content creator using mainly Google Ads but also Facebook Ads and other social advertising platforms
- Experience with YouTube audience acquisition and channel growth strategy
- Fluency with Excel, Keynote, Powerpoint and Google Drive
- Google Ad Manager experience a plus
- Self-starter who is comfortable with managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Decisive and detail oriented with strong project management skills
- Exemplary team player and collaborator
- Ability and desire to operate with significant autonomy
