Manager, Contract Compliance & Third Party Audit

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Manager in our Contract Compliance & Third Party Audit department. The primary focus of this position is to manage the processes for multiple audits at various stages of completion. Responsibilities for this position will include the preparation of audit report responses by utilizing various accounting systems in analyzing audit claims by reviewing contracts, correspondence, statements, and other pertinent documents to determine the validity of claims. Will work on special projects and prepare ad hoc analysis as assigned.

The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration and should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills and systems experience, and SAP BW is a plus. Must have a strong ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal contracts, and have strong quantitative, analytical skills. Must have strong communication and presentation skills both verbally and written and the ability to interface comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels within the company. Must be highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task as well as be willing to take an entrepreneurial approach in resolving issues. Must demonstrate flexibility and patience as well as the ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
