Summary of Position:
Lionsgate is currently seeking a Sales Planning Coordinator to act as the central hub for administration of North American Pay TV and Basic Cable sales. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Enter deals into SAP-based Rights Management System, distribute sales summaries to various teams, and liaise with finance, legal and - servicing to ensure deals are accurately tracked, papered and serviced
- Strategic windowing of avails to aid in the creation and promotion of catalog packages
- Administer output agreements, including identifying and compiling data, deal points and clauses in agreements to track follow up items,
deadlines, and critical dates pursuant to agreements; executing necessary tasks to fulfill related contractual obligations
- Troubleshoot rights data - identify and facilitate correction of rights in or rights out errors, metadata issues, and ensure new titles are -
both communicated to the team and reflected in availability platform
- Track sales against financial targets and lead discovery of avails to reach sales goals
- Assist in the strategic management of new and library product on a global scale
- Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports as needed
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Excel modeling skills
- Experience with SAP a plus
- Demonstrate proficiency in using MS Office Suite software programs
- Resourcefulness and capable of viewing problems from multiple angles
- History of building positive working relationships with a variety of personality types
