Summary:
Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Assistant to provide administrative support to the President, Home Entertainment & the EVP, Strategic & Business Development.
Responsibilities:
-Provide full administrative support to two Executives in the Home Entertainment group
-Handle high volume phones, heavy scheduling, travel arrangements and expense reports
-Assist with financial planning projects supporting the Home Entertainment business
-Coordinate all on-site and off-site meetings and conference calls
-Handle all mailings and relationships with messenger vendors
-Create and track purchase orders for the team
-Support Brand Budget trafficking
Experience & Skills:
-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with an emphasis in Finance, Statistics, Economics, and/or Business
-The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and written skills, with strong organizational ability
-Ability to multi-task, be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of busy Executives, and follow through on all tasks
-Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
-Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
-Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required
