Production Manager
Join a growing team of artists and storytellers as we expand our video production studio at Lineage Digital. We are a social media agency and production house with a focus on branded content creation. We need a production coordinator to produce photo and video projects, manage clients, and perform organizational duties within the department.
As we grow, so will you. The job will present opportunities to learn new skills and have a hand in multiple projects at once. We want to challenge you creatively and develop your ideas (and we're not just saying that). If you're self-motivated, ambitious, creative, and/or burned out on hellish toil in traditional TV & film studios with no real responsibility or recognition, we encourage you to apply.
Our ideal candidate has a video and photography production background, strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, very good judgment, and the qualities of a true producer (a.k.a. Getting It Done, no matter how stressful/annoying/difficult it is).
You will be responsible for photography and video projects from start to finish: managing budgets, preparing contracts, hiring crew, delivering finished assets, and interfacing heavily with clients. At minimum, you should be conversant in digital video and photography. Existing crew, location, post-production, studio, and agency contacts are a major plus. Proven social media/SEO expertise, especially with video hosting and proliferation, is also a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level clients
Manage project budgets, contracts, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Lead on-site teams for specific projects, hire and manage crews
Quality check deliverables, manage assets, and deliver materials under strict deadlines
Manage and track submissions and revisions to and from clients
Lead internal meetings, coordinate with the team to forecast and prioritize workflow
Collaborate with meeting planners and manage execution of live events
Drive ongoing client contact, including status calls, contact reports, meetings, and pitch presentations
...In short, you will be accountable for projects, both to the company and to our clients, as you shepherd them through each stage of production.
Requirements

2-4 years experience on a video production team supporting multiple projects
Exceptional organization and time management
Ability to work independently without direction or supervision

Enough familiarity with production terminology to communicate effectively with production staff, vendors, and management
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Capacity to develop and manage strong relationships with clients and team members
Prior experience leading a team or otherwise managing a significant project
Bachelor's in communications, marketing, advertising, digital video, or a related field
