Lineage is looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join our team.
The Creative Producer will work with internal Production, Design, and New Business departments to bring video projects to life. They will combine their creative skills, on-set background, and post production background to drive a project from a kernel of an idea all the way through post finishing and delivery. The role will be client-facing and requires the organization, maturity, and polish to manage all types of clients.
In short: A Swiss Army Knife of a producer with strong creative storytelling abilities.
Must live in Los Angeles.
----More About What You'll Do:
*Create branded content video campaign ideas from scratch
*Distill client needs from babble into tangible, concise creative plans with actionable steps
*Write scripts for scripted and non-scripted content
*Consistently communicate with clients throughout the production process
*Build production schedules
*Make production budgets
*Manage outside vendors (directors, camera, sound, editors, etc.)
*Lead on-set production operations
*Lead post production operations for video and photography deliverables
*Input clear and effective work orders into Wrike project management software
*Ensure the timely delivery of marketing campaign assets
*Provide production support on new business initiatives as needed
*Coordinate external and internal meetings
*Train new producers, coordinators, PA's on workflow and software
----The perfect candidate for this job should have the following requirements:
*2+ years on-set experience in a producer capacity
*2+ years working at a creative agency
*Candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and be able to multitask/handle many projects at once in a team-oriented environment
*Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
*Must be able to work independently
*Exceptional proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
*Ability to learn and adapt quickly
*Extreme sense of responsibility and follow-through
*Candidate must be comfortable traveling all over the country and internationally to supervise production shoots
*Work Remotely (Temporarily due to COVID-19)
----Other nice-to-have experiences:
*Background in non-scripted television
*Background in documentary filmmaking (emphasis in sports)
*Knowledge in any and all professional sports
*Securing location permits
*Coordinating footage and photo licensing
*Video editing with Adobe Premiere, DaVinci, and/or Avid
*Strong knowledge of video codecs, file formats and their workflows in relation to post-production
*Familiarity with Vimeo and Frame.io
*Familiarity with Media Encoder
*Familiarity with Wrike?
