Development and Creative TV Marketing Assistant wanted for live-action director/boutique creative company in West Los Angeles. Director + Company works with top television and streaming networks and directly with celebrity talent in creating mainstream broadcast commercial campaigns and content.
Applicant must be extremely self-motivated, have a strong ability to prioritize and self-incentivize, possess excellent communication and writing skills, be punctual, discreet, and trustworthy. Flexible work locations require applicant to work from home, the director's residential office and edit suite, and on location at studio lots, production offices, and stages. Some travel may be required to assist Director on location shoots as well as on stage during production hours. Other daily responsibilities include keeping business calendar, phones, email correspondence, some travel coordination, organizing every day expenses, and assisting in production schedules. During production, applicant must proactively support the crew, production, as well as build the trust of client and talent. Professional appearance, own transportation, and valid driver's license required.This is the perfect job for a creative and detail driven individual who has
something to offer creatively. You will be part of an expanding team in the mix of creating and developing commercial campaigns, consumer brand campaigns, original television, original music, and independent film ideas, under the guidance of a seasoned director and writer. If you know your passion and want to be given a chance creatively, this is a job with support to learn, grow and build real industry know how, not cubicle fever. Room for advancement if one shows initiative. Only ''go-getters'' need apply.
Computer user a must (Mac/PC)
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with Powerpoint, Keynote, Pages, Google Slides
Wordpress experience a plus
Video Editing, Graphic Design background a plus, but not required
Must be willing to submit a background check
Must submit writing sample on request (any writing sample that shows
your creativity, personality and point of view)
Job Type:Full-time/Flexible
Experience: Personal, creative, production assistant, or agency: at least 1 year
