Post-production finishing studio in Hollywood seeks an additional Client Service Representative. We are looking for an outgoing, personable, and energetic self-starter. Duties include receiving clients, food preparation and presentation (baking/cooking), office organization/cleanliness, opening/closing responsibilities and light facility maintenance. Looking for a candidate interested in bringing new ideas to our studio and is capable of maintaining our exceptional standards in client services. Prior experience in post-production industry and/or experience as front desk a plus. You should have a great eye for food presentation and an emphasis in warm hospitality. This is a part time position that can lead into full time as we grow. Some local driving, clean record with valid driver's license required. Must own a car.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Create consistent evening snacks, treats and specialties for clients
• Accomplish meal and beverage orders for clients, guests, VIP's and distribute accordingly
• Tidying up color and finishing suites
• Ensure the kitchen, lounge and outdoor areas are client friendly, spotless, and well-stocked.
• Serve as reception relief (as needed), knowledge of basic computer and telephone skills
Skills/Experience Required:
• Ability to greet and guide incoming guests
• Very detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in customer/food service
• Knowledge of basic computer and telephone skills
• 1 year experience of entry level production environment
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends on occasion
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms. The employee may also be required to lift product or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Prompt and regular attendance is required, this position begins in the afternoon and works into the evening, employees are expected to begin work at the start of their scheduled shift and to complete their assigned work shift according to the responsibilities of their position.
This position works in the afternoon to evening hours but may require long hours and some weekend work.
Travel:
Some out-of-state/country and overnight travel may be expected.
