This is a Freelance Job
The individual will provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, On-Air Promotions and the On-Air Promotions team. Responsibilities include handling a heavy volume of phone calls, managing the SVP's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, create and write correspondence, handle special projects as assigned and general administrative duties. Demonstrated administrative experience and an understanding of office procedures a plus. Stellar organizational, communication, and writing skills are a must (strong writing, proofreading, and research skills). The successful candidate will be detail oriented, creative, and proactive and have the ability to work in a team environment with strong multi-tasking skills. Must be professional and possess a strong sense of protocol and use discretion in handling confidential matters.
Required Experience
o3-5 years administrative assistant experience
oProduction experience (PA or Associate Producer)oMust have strong interpersonal skills when dealing with internal departments, senior management and outside clients
oMS Excel, Word, Power Point a must
oExperience with Concur, Aspen, and OAP a plus
oEntertainment Industry and Marketing production experience a plus
