Position Summary:
The Office Manager manages the day-to-day office operations of the Dallas office. The duties include supporting the Accounting Department.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure building is maintained clean; direct cleaning staff.
• Order office supplies and other equipment needed by office.
• Train and oversee sales assistants in preparing reports and day to day procedures
• Assist with reception duties as needed
• Process account receivable, payable transactions and assist with collection efforts
• Manage and reconcile the distribution of petty cash, hardcost and other office monies
• Process end of month reconciliations
• Assist other related departments as required by business needs
Requirements:
• Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Written and verbal fluency required in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resourceful
• 3 years' administrative experience
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Associate Degree or High School graduate.
• Ability to work weekends, overnights, holidays and special promotional events as needed.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Dallas , TX
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background investigation
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must be willing to work overtime on short notice
• Must be 18 years or older
