Boutique talent management company with clients in the music and television space seeking an experienced full-time assistant. The assistant role will provide support to the President of the company covering the president's desk as he is heavily involved in the day-to-day for the clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent management in the entertainment business with a focus in the music space.
Responsibilities:
-Tracking all emails for the President.
-Handling all logistics for President and clients, including flights, hotel, grounds, shoot details, event details, seeking call sheets, creating itineraries, etc.
-Covering Breakdown Services for our acting clients
-Creating meeting notes & sending out notifications.
-Creating and sending invoices.
-Maintaining calendar and schedule
- Screens incoming calls and responds appropriately following established procedures and guidelines
-Organizes and maintains filing system and contact database
-Assists with special projects
Requirements
-Minimum two years administrative experience
-Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be extremely organized
- Be an effective communicator
-Ability to multitask, prioritize workflow, meet deadlines, and think on your own
-Maintain high confidentiality
-Ability to work independently and with good judgment
