Leverage Management seeking experienced Executive Assistant to assist high level manager. Must be extremely organized, a detail-oriented person, know standard industry phone and scheduling etiquette, have extensive knowledge of the Film/TV industry power-players including writers, directors, talent and agents. Needs to be a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment. Ideal candidate is someone interested in development and production. Must be comfortable with a constantly changing set of administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
-Handle administrative needs of Manager
-Roll a high volume of calls
-Manage calendar and send reminders
-Updating Phone Sheet
-Plan work and personal travel details
-Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner.
-Work on-call weekends as needed
Required Qualifications:
-Prior Agency or Management Company Experience preferred
-Must have experience with heavy calendar scheduling and changing schedule on the fly
-Experience rolling calls
-Strong organizational skills
-Self-starter
-Perceptive
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 8am-8pm (Schedule constantly in flux)
Weekends on-call
