Job duties include but are not limited to:
-Answer phones
-Maintain and disseminate daily schedule
-Facilitate stock requests from Art Directors
-Provide assistance to Account Managers, Art Directors and Creative Directors when needed
-Order, stock and maintain office and kitchen supplies
-Ensure proper delivery and receipt of all couriers and shipments
-Schedule freelancers
-Maintain project time tracking interface
-Proofread presentations prior to delivery
-Keep release date schedule of client shows
-Perform miscellaneous errands, including: photo shoot supplies, deliveries to local clients and ordering meals
-Read scripts and watch shows in order to write synopses and copy (if needed) Keep office and kitchen tidy
-Research industry trends
Skills Needed:
-At least one year experience as office assistant, coordinator or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Friendly and upbeat demeanor
-Strong organizational and problem solving skills
-Have a passion for the entertainment industry and/or advertising Proficient in Microsoft Office and all things Mac
-Able to work in a fast paced work environment
