Position Title: Manager, Digital Media Assets – Library and Archives
Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid)
Reporting To: SVP, Post Production

Summary
Legendary Entertainment is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to join our Post Production department. This position will act as the primary liaison between studio, productions, and partners to ingest, deliver and track assets throughout the production lifecycle. In addition, the role will be the main liaison to communicate with the VFX group and work with them to locate and facilitate the delivery of assets to the right teams based on approvals.
Responsibilities
• Cross Departmental resource managing assets and access for Post, Production, Creative, and Marketing.
• Manage and deliver Archives from Past Shows.
• Set up file transfer networks, working with VP Technology on Managing Archives and general security.
• Make sure crews and staff use the proper software and security for all digital assets.
• Support and coordination of deployment of production side asset management storage and systems.
• Administration and support of asset related systems such as: Pix, Scenechronize, Managed File Transfer – Filerunner / Sohonet, Signiant, and Box.
• Avid Project Back Ups.
• Receive and Confirm final editorial archival deliverables.
• Work with Covalent on the asset management system.
• Upload assets to cloud based Wasabi, tag and organize.
• Main liaison for Game and Comic Book asset requests.
Experience & Skills
• BA/BS Degree required
• 3 years managing assets for an entertainment company preferred
• Familiarity with tentpole VFX Post workflow
• Extremely organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Tech Savvy
