Position Title: Executive Assistant
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid)

Summary
Legendary Entertainment is looking for a strong, personable and responsible executive assistant to support the CFO. The executive assistant is responsible for maximizing the ability of the CFO to maintain the financial health of the organization, provide timely and accurate reporting of actuals and projections to the company’s business partners, enforce company policy and advise the CEO and other business unit leaders at the company on strategic initiatives. This position will also provide general and administrative support to the accounting, finance, accounts payable and accounts receivable teams.
Responsibilities:
• Maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the CFO by serving as a gatekeeper, fielding inbound communications and coordinating outbound communications
• Actively manage the CFO’s calendar in real time, anticipating and avoiding calendar conflicts
• Serving as the CFO’s proxy by approving on his behalf basic expense reimbursement and travel requests, enforcing company policy both reactively and proactively
• Provide support to the accounting and finance teams, including data entry, compilation and distribution of key industry information and preparation of journal entries
• Perform other duties as requested by the CFO
Experience & Skills
• High level of oral/written communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, initiate and complete work assignments with minimum direction.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Industry-related experience preferred.
• Experience as assistant to an entertainment executive or talent agent preferred.
• Graduated from an accredited college/university preferred.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $46k to $55k. This range (amount) does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. Total rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Legendary Entertainment also provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, employee wellness programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, year-round paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, market demands and indicators, specific and unique skills or training, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The hiring salary range (amount) for this position applies to New York City and California.
