Job summary
Summary of essential job functions
The National Sales Assistant will support the National Sales Managers for KRCA- TV and Regional West Coast Manager with the following duties and functions:
• Filing/Organizing all national sales contracts.
• Daily distribution of various sales/administrative reports. Consists of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports to all national offices.
• Daily communication with the NSM alerting him of any outstanding or pending issues.
• Daily communication with our traffic, promotion, and production departments as it relates to copy, scripts, and national advertising campaigns.
• Daily/weekly communication to various agencies assisting in collections of outstanding balances due to LBI.
• Monitor and recap advertising campaigns using ad-serving systems such as ePort, PC Repak, and OSI.
• Daily data entry of advertising campaigns and communication with multiple markets to ensure a smooth booking process.
• Covering the reception desk as needed.
Minimum requirements
• Experienced with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Aptitude for existing data entry software
• Creative and organized.
• Strong Arithmetic, problem solving, and people skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends and as needed with short notice.
Abilities required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
