**Responsibilities**
Essential Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks necessary to support the firm's services. The firm specializes in production legal for film, television, and new media. The position will focus on entertainment law-related administrative tasks and support of the attorneys and/or clients as needed.
Responsibilities To Include, But Not Limited To:
• Light review, cut and paste drafting on miscellaneous vendor and location agreements;
• Scheduling Zoom calls/meetings;
• Scheduling monthly in-person staff lunches and/or other lunches, as needed;
• Scheduling interviews, as needed;
• Monitoring and managing calendar events, as needed;
• Updated the firm's IMDB page and/or other social media websites;
• Take attorney's notes and incorporate into drafts in redline;
• Organizing client and firm files on the firm's directory;
• Filing documents, as needed;
• Assisting the firm with any other administrative tasks, as needed;
• Assisting with guild signatory process;
• Assisting with delivery to distributor.
**Basic Qualifications**
Qualifications/Requirements:
• 1+ year(s) of legal experience as a contracts administrator; will consider someone more junior on a case-by-case basis.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, resourceful, and reliable.
• Able to multi-task and handle high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
**Eligibility Requirements**
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, together with outstanding word-processing abilities.
• Knowledge of physical production is also a distinct plus.
• Must be a self-starter with a very strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential in this fast-paced environment.
• No candidates with bar degrees or licenses will be considered for this position (looking for career contract administrators, not aspiring attorneys).
**Work Location**
• Remote (i.e., work from home)
