Full Time Job
JOB PURPOSE: Create, develop and expedite a seamless process between our clients and our team as it relates to design, flow and aesthetics. To improve the quality of events, tours, and artists live show. Oversee the creation and development of marketing and branding plans for the company and clients, as needed.
TOP THREE ROLES:
Show/Tour Design 60%
Artist Relations 30%
Oversee Company Branding and Design, and Creative Team 10%
JOB DUTIES:
Meeting with artists for creative and tour design.
Create event designs in Vectorworks and Photoshop within company standards and quality.
Contribute and oversee the design of set piece, prototypes, and special projects.
Occasionally visit shows or conventions, representing company culture, communication, and core-values.
Meet with and provide leadership and oversight to all those under supervision; providing accountability and encouragement in day-day tasks, goals, and projects.
Evaluate drafting workload and schedule part-time drafting employees, as needed.
Work with supervisor to create budgets and forecasting reports for Creative Department.
Collaborate with marketing team to create marketing plans for Company
Work alongside CEO to implement company branding standards internally & externally.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATION:
3 years Creative Director experience minimum
Touring/Production Experience Preferred
Proven Management & Leadership Experience
CADD - basic understanding (ie. Sketchup, vectorworks, MA3D)
Photoshop - basic understanding
Acrobat - basic understanding
Has a good knowledge of Adobe products, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Lightroom.
Must have prior production/industry knowledge in music/entertainment industry and/or basic understanding of audio, video, and lighting equipment to be able to draft into designs.

COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Email; PC and Apple Operating Systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier. Possess the ability to learn any other software deemed necessary for the job.
