Job: Project Manager
Reports to: Director, Talent and Programming
Location: Remote (Kin is based in Los Angeles)
The project manager is responsible for helping manage multiple digital food series from start to finish, ensuring seamless handoffs between departments and serving as a cross-departmental hub of information.
This is a freelance position with a weekly rate of $1500-2000 based on experience. Potentially through the end of 2023.
What You'll Do:
Project Management
Project manage the launch of new shows from development to execution
Manage communication between departments to ensure success of shows
Create and maintain show documentations (deal points spreadsheet, show management spreadsheet, show description and logline documents, etc.)
Collaborate with Content Strategy team on digital strategy and implementation
Serve as a central clearing house for all requests and questions about all shows
Develop detailed project plans and allocate responsibilities accordingly
Manage cross-departmental communication to confirm completion of delegated tasks
Proactively resolve issues that arise
Oversee delivery of projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met
Programming, Production & Talent
Oversee the scorecard and greenlight process of new digital shows
Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews, and approvals for episodes
Communicate with all departments on specific needs and/or problems, and act as a liaison between internal teams and Executive Producers
Develop and maintain a process for documentation across all departments
Implement a strategic plan for communicating new learnings, upcoming programming and other updates company-wide

What You Have:
3+ years of experience as a project manager; preferably with digital production experience
Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
A track record of results driven by your unwavering ability to stay organized and manage multiple moving parts on a day to day basis
