Part Time Job
Kin, a digital entertainment company that specializes in women's lifestyle content, seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the CEO's EA. The ideal candidate is highly organized, forward thinking, and a calming force in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, this person will transition to a full-time EA role in the near future.
What You'll Do:
Create and maintain a productive calendar for the CEO, including scheduling of internal and external meetings
Arrange travel & accommodations for CEO and provide clear, detailed travel and meeting itineraries
Provide administrative support to other members of the Executive Team
Execute various tasks on behalf of internal teams (Programming, Revenue, etc.)
Plan office culture events and act as a company liaison for all office-related inquiries
Ensure snacks and office supplies are always fully stocked
Note: there will be a certain degree of fluidity in this role's responsibilities, and you will be asked to wear many hats. Though you will be responsible for the duties listed above, you will regularly interface and assist all of the other departments as needed. There will be ample opportunity to get exposure in your particular areas of interest and learn from all of the internal teams.

What You Have:
Bachelor's degree, or currently pursuing one
Administrative experience in the entertainment industry (internships OK)
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle high volume of emails and scheduling
Self-confidence & fearlessness
Proven ability to meet goals and assigned deadlines
