KIDZ BOP is looking to hire a Marketing & PR Manager to manage all KIDZ BOP marketing efforts to support general brand, album releases, tour and initiatives
**MUST INCLUDE RESUME AND COVER LETTER**
Core Responsibilities:
** Lead people and projects through all stages of the event life cycle from initial development, through launch for all new and existing projects.
** Manage day-to-day needs & expectations of all tour sponsors and brand partners
** Work cross-functionally with all internal teams (design, production, social media, sales, streaming, A&R, tour, accounting) to manage successful delivery of all brand projects Spearhead planning and production for all marketing and press events.
** Help identify and execute opportunities to further elevate brand Assist with all general KIDZ BOP marketing needs
Outline of Specific Functions:
KIDZ BOP LIVE TOUR
** Act as marketing consultant for promoters in every tour market [review marketing plan, make adjustments, offer additional suggestions]
** Oversee creation of all tour marketing materials [ad mat, TV commercial/radio spot, signage, press releases, etc.] and ensure they are being used properly
** Create and maintain press calendar for talent, ticket inventory, and needs for VIP tour guests
MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS
** Work closely with Director of Partnership Marketing to help execute any/all brand partner initiatives Project manage all co-branded initiatives across all facets of partnership, including live events, video production, social media campaigns, national ad campaigns, press releases, manufacturing, and more
** Assist in development proposals, decks, and one-sheet to pitch prospective new partners where needed
GENERAL BRAND MARKETING
** Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve brand goals: i.e: influencer campaigns, marketing events, promotional videos Work collaboratively with PR team to identify press opportunities, and supervise all interviews/events/etc.
** Help produce numerous photoshoots and manage budget Create kid-friendly content in brand voice [scripts, blogs, social posts, website copy, marketing messages]
** Attend and represent KIDZ BOP at trade shows, networking events, and conferences
** Produce KIDZ BOP sizzle reel
Requirements:
Ideal candidate has 4-5 years marketing experience
Bachelor's Degree
Organizational and Management Skillset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Marketing, PR, Licensing & Live Touring
Proficient in with Excel, Outlook, Cision, Master Tour, Photoshop, Googledocs
