KIAH seeks an aggressive, energetic leader to become our 2nd Local Sales Manager. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining a positive, productive, and unique culture that fosters teamwork, values individuality, and achieves measureable success for advertisers. Training and development of AE's, enhancing advertiser and agency relationships, and attaining local sales goals. Individual must possess a strong understanding of digital sales, exceptional organizational and communication skills as well as demonstrable product knowledge. Familiarity with Wide Orbit, Matrix, and Kantar are a definite plus. Candidates are required to have 1 to 3 years of television management experience with a successful track record of achievement.
