Intern - Artist Assistant

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

I am a roots/americana/blues artist looking for an assistant. I need someone with initiative who is genuinely interested in artist management in the music business. The band is based in the NYC area, we do 2 short tours in Europe yearly, and regional touring in Northeast. Credits include many international festivals, 3 indie CDs, and producing an Album of Year for a Legendary Blues Artist. My last 2 interns are now full time professionals (Warner-Chappell & Harry Fox). We are currently in pre-production for a summer CD release. Pay is possible, but ONLY for those with experience. This does not mean a college degree. Please do not contact me if you have no interest in my genre. You can work from home or possibly a work space in NYC or my studio in the Catskills. Work includes artist management, promotion, digital marketing, database management, etc. Good phone skills and experience with a Mac are a plus.
