Fall Intern - Music Publicity

Location: Hybrid & Los Angeles, CA
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible based on candidate's availability)

About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated, responsible, and hardworking PR intern with a can-do attitude to assist in the music industry. If you're passionate about PR, marketing, and artist management, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working closely with industry professionals.

Responsibilities
• Assist with media pitching, press clippings, and research
• Help prepare for music releases (press releases, social media strategies, outreach planning)
• Social media support - researching trends, influencers, and engagement strategies
• Establish relationships with industry tastemakers for marketing campaigns
• Work with brands for artist partnerships and events
• Support marketing, publicity, and promotional efforts
• Provide administrative support to artist managers
• Contribute creative marketing ideas for artists and campaigns

Requirements
• Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university & eligible for college credit
• Passionate about publicity, marketing, and music
• Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong writing, phone, and computer skills (good phone etiquette is a must!)
• Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat)
• Must have a working laptop & cell phone
